GYROTONIC®

The GYROTONIC® exercise method (sequences of circular and spinal motion) increases the mobility of the joints, strengthen the nervous system, mobilizes the spine and balances the flow of energy.

You can either move and practice GYROTONIC® exercise with specific equipment. (e.g. with the Pullytower) or on a chair or mat through the GYROKINESIS® method.

These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility

Try at least 3 classes to give yourself and your body a chance to connect with that new approach of movement.

Pullytower

Using the tower you will work with straps and weights to support and help your movements.

You explore the exercises in a deeper and more supportive level to feel the connection within your body.

Based on the whole body involvement and the rhythmic movements, you are strengthening and stretching at the same time.

GYROKINESIS®

This method is a series of gentle movements that works the entire body.

The exercises are done seated on a stool, standing and sitting or laying on the floor.

It helps to release restrictions that you may have in your body.
